Looking for comfortable casual work pants

So my inbox is full of sale messages, but of course my tried and true pant styles are only available in size 6. :hysterical::hysterical:

I am working in the university library this semester to cover a colleague on maternity leave. I usually wear anything from jeans to dressier pants in the classroom, but in the library most people only resort to jeans on occasion.

Any recommendations? I was eyeing the Athleta tuxedo pants, but I'm not sure if they work-suitable or not.
