DD rubbed her hands all over the screen of our LCD TV--How do I clean this?

DH caught DD rubbing her hands all over the screen of our LCD TV. The instructions say not to clean it with anything, but the entire lower portion of the screen is full of hand and finger prints. Any suggestions on how to clean this? The materials say it's an LCD TV with plasma display. It's a samsung. I'm open to suggestions as all I now see are smudge marks on the darn thing.

I use a microfiber cloth and the same vinegar/water solution that I use for other cleaning. DD is very tactile and is always touching the TV screen so ours gets cleaned regularly.

Even if the instructions say not to put any liquid cleaners on the screen?

Dh says:

Mixture of water and rubbing alcohol with a soft cotton cloth. Do not use cleaners.

Yep. I don't think I ever read the instructions on how to clean our screen. I don't spray the screen though. I spray the cloth and then wipe the screen.
