Ridemakerz?

Anyone ever been? Or received a kit from them? DS just got one and loves it - can't wait to put it together!

It looks like a build-a-bear concept for older boys!

There used to be 2 near us (one hour away in 2 different directions). DS wanted his birthday there b/c he absolutely loved the idea (we hadn't been yet). They closed both locations but you can order the materials online. I wish we had a chance to go. It seemed like a really good concept.

We vacation in a location that has one. DS has *really* enjoyed it. We've never done Build a Bear or anything but have really enjoyed RideMakerz. DS gets a certain amount of $$ for vacation fun purchases, and that's what he spent his money on last year, and again this year. This year he built one w/ a remote control unit, so he took along some additional money to fund that.

The store itself is a lot of fun :)

We've also purchased some accessories in the past for DS's stocking so he can change out some of the pieces.
