Installing automatic garage door opener help

My parents are getting an automatic garage door opener installed in their garage. (As well as getting new garage doors.) They've called Sears and Lowes. Any other place to consider? Any tips? Thanks!

Check for any local small companies that do this. That's who I use. I'd ask your neighbors who they use for any garage door repairs (like the springs breaking.) The company I use put their sticker near my opener, so I always know who to call. And they can come out pretty quickly, too.

NOt sure where you are in MA, but we have used Jolicour Overhead doors 1800-649-4522, I think they are in Bellingham. There is a place in Framingham too but I am blanking on the name right now...

After googling I think it's Door Systems Inc 1-800-545-DOOR.

My handyman/contractor/painter did our door. He is great! I am a freak about having people in my house and I love having him. Word of mouth is how we get our best recommendations.
