Collapsible Plastic Strainers Safe Plastic?

I received 2. One has a silicone "bowl," so I'm not as worried about it. But the other is like this:

and the white bottom is hard plastic. No recycling code.

If I keep them, they'll definitely go in the dishwasher...

Not quite sure what your question is.

Are you asking if they're dishwasher safe? The one on Amazon is, btw.

Or, are you asking if the plastic itself is safe (i.e. non-toxic, BPA-free what have you)?

Can't tell from the Amazon description if this is a "safe" plastic, but the manufacturer has contacts listed in their FAQ section. I would send them an email or call.
