Treadmill ratings?

It seems our treadmill will cost both time and $$$ to repair so we are now researching a new one.

While bells and whistles such as iPod dock, iFit, fancy monitor, etc. are nice, the biggest issue is that the belt be 60" long. In addition, we like the incline to be at least 10 or 11%. (I see some go to 14% and beyond)

We no longer subscribe to Consumer Reports, but that is where we found our last treadmill as CR rated.

Does anyone have a great buy to recommend on a quality treadmill? We are hoping to find a deal in the New Year, which probably requires moving quickly.

We have a Sole, can't remember which one, its solid as a rock. The a lifetime motor / deck warrenty is best in the business.

I like our Precor. Slightly fancier versions are used at 24 Hour Fitness. I'd really consider used tho cuz seriously, it's just a space waster for most people.
