For all of you Lululemon followers, do you like their running bras or do you have another good online source for those? I am almost 41, 5'6", currently a 6 in Talbots clothes and a pretty consistent Medium in my running shorts/tops, and a 34B in regular bras. I ran marathons before DD was born (3 years and 20 lbs ago) and am finally feeling like I am getting my exercise mo-jo back. I recently lost 5 lbs and my reward is to get some new more modern exercise clothes (in hopes that the other 15 lbs will come off). I am definitely a follower of the cults on here (hanna for my daughter, Trader Jo's lists on here for our grocery shopping, keen sandals, etc)... without exception I trust your all's advice. So I know which capris and pants to get from Lululemon. But I don't know if I should splurge and buy all Lululemon, or seek bras/tops from another place. I really need to do internet buying... office job during the day and the list of things to get accomplished at nights/weekends dissuade me from hitting B&M stores. Any advice? Much appreciated!

Hi

I am a HUGE fan of their tops. Comfy and fabulous looking. I can give you more advice if you give me an idea of what kind of activities you are going to be using them for. I like the ones with a built in bra for weights/elliptical and activities that don't cause the girls to jiggle too much. I am still breastfeeding so I find it painful. I use an Enell bra and wear a lululemon top. Some are quite fitted so you would probably get a size 6 or 8 I would guess. They are long enough to give you coverage on the bottom and the material, depending on the top, if it is the thicker luon like material is pretty substantial and will hold up well. The lighter materials are good if you are in a warm climate and are running or exerting yourself more. I just find they hold up well washing after washing and I always get compliments when I wear them. I bought some eddie bauer tops and north face tops and I love my lululemon in comparison. Better quality than the eddie bauer and better cuts then the north face.

Slightly off subject but if you are placing an order with a Luluemon store and you want to add on, you should inqure about their duffel bags on sale. I think theyre called "I am great" or something. They are a small duffel, currently on sale for $44, originally $88...I got one last week at a Chicago store and its so amazing! I dont see them on the website now but you could check... but they come in all black, gray with green trim and maybe hot pink. I can think of about a million things Im going to use mine for. It would look really great with your new Lulu top!

Here is one link I could find:

If you're a B cup, you could probably wear some of their more supportive tanks (Power

I really like the Athletic Deep V tank: http://shop.lululemon.com/Athletic_Deep_V_Tank_III/pd/c/530/np/530/p/1782.html

And the Swift tank: http://shop.lululemon.com/Swift_Tank/pd/c/530/np/530/p/1230.html

I just got this Power Y tank, but haven't worn it yet: http://shop.lululemon.com/Power_Y_Tank/pd/c/530/np/530/p/1251.html

I tend to wear my tanks more for pilates/yoga, weights or walking.

BUT, I'm a C cup and would only wear one for running with a running bra underneath too.

BTW, here the the I am Great Tote: http://shop.lululemon.com/I_Am_Great_Tote/pd/c/830/np/830/p/1860.html

Not a great deal and only in black. Its super cute in pink if they have it. Its one of their smaller totes. Not purse sized, but probably on the small side for a gym bag.

Thanks for all the feedback. I got 4 pairs of pants and 2 of the tops, and then I grabbed some nike and fila tops with the Kohl's coupon that I found yesterday too. I can't wait to wear all of my new workout clothes... in hopes that I can drop the remainder of this weight by the time my daughter turns 3!
