Carpet/rug cleaning

Anyone know of an environmentally friendly, nontoxic method for cleaning a couple spots on an area carpet in the nursery? TIA!

Do you know what the spots are from? I'd try Nature's Miracle, which you can get at most grocery stores.

thanks!! I will try it. don't know how the spots got there. my guess it was some sort of liquid.
