Dreams unlimited travel on Disboards? Need help ASAP

I'm asking for a friend who is going to WDW at the end of the month--she hopes. She found a good deal on disboards via Dreams Unlimited Travel. She is worried about whether it is reputable or not. Anyone have any experience/advice about dreams unlimited?

Has she search on the disboards for experiences with them? Probably lots of input there.

She could also call Disney directly. In general, the packages with the travel agents are not a lot better than what you can do with Disney directly.

I have been hearing about them on the DIS boards for over a year so I believe they are reputable. I got a quote from them, from Walk Disney Travel Company (Disney) and another travel agent. The other travel agent was quite a bit cheaper that DU and WDTC.

FWIW, Dreams Unlimited was very professional in their correspondence and ran the numbers for me several ways.
