I have no idea how they do coupons. I've been getting their catalogs forever and buy in store a couple times of year. This is the first coupon I have actually received from them.

My insert paper thing had a 20% off in-stores card plus a FS online card. I'll be sure to not leave it in the box next time! When I emailed to ask for another, they said, "No. The last 6 orders you've placed had free shipping, so maybe that will make up for losing the coupon." After 10 days, I'm over it, ready to order again as long as I have another coupon.

Good news from Hanna. I called the 800 number and asked if they were still offering free ship over $100 online, and the CS said that they are. Even if you don't have a code for free shipping, in the "shipping instructions" section just say that you would like a free shipping credit b/c your order is over $100, and they will credit it back to your cc account. So you can use your 20% off coupon and get free shipping. Off to see if MIL wants to get DD some birthday clothes...;)
