Zappos returns ?

I returned two Zappos orders about 10 days or so ago - they still haven't been received. I used USPS instead of UPS b/c there is no UPS pickup near me, so I don't have tracking info. I'm guessing that since neither return has been processed that they're probably just backed up from the holidays, but just wondering if anyone's done a return recently and how long it took.

It took almost two weeks for a credit to post to my account last time I sent something back.

Not zappos, but I returned something to shoebuy and it took almost 2 weeks.

My account finally got credited for my returns - one I sent back on Dec 28 and the other on Jan 2. Phew!! :)
