We bought a Berkline Rocker/Recliner from Sam's Club 7 months ago. Its very comfy but it developed a squeak that we can't live with and can't cure. I don't have the receipt. I spoke to Sam's Club customer service, they looked up my purchase history and printed out a transaction record. All I have to do is bring the chair back and they will give me a gift card for the amount of the purchase. The gift card can be used at Sam's or Walmart, so I won't have any problem spending it. Soooo relieved and impressed with their customer service!
