Our daycare has the large plastic snap together piecies for building. Anyone know what they are called? Anyone have them?

Can you be more specific? Different shapes? Squares? Duplos, Mega blocks, Pop-onz all fit that description.

Are they kind of like a big plastic tic-tac-toe shape? The kind you'd use to make something pretty big?

Another snap together plastic thing is bristle blocks- they are much smaller though.

and this one

This is what originally popped in my head when I referred to the tic-tac-toe ones:

Big? Do you mean 4 inches square? Or 12 inches square? Or 24 inches square? More precise than "big" would help.

A guess: http://www.littletikes.com/toys/classic-wee-waffle-blocks-bucket-assortment.aspx, though not very big.
