DD1 has been going to a home daycare for the past 2 yrs. We've had a very lovely experience and DD loves going to her house. We've recently decided to switch DD1 to a daycare with a preschool, which is also where the baby will be going when I finish maternity leave. Since it was just the holidays DCP received a cash bonus. Usually at the end of the school year we give her another cash bonus. So, should we give her a cash bonus as a thank you on DDs last day? We are ending care 3 mos earlier than the year ends, so should it be the same amount we'd give at year end? Or should we do something else as a thank you?
