When Your Kids Play Wii..

Do they stand right smack in front of the TV? My boys don't do this when watching TV regularly, but whenever they play Wii, they jump around like maniacs and want to be inches away from the TV. It drives me nuts to be constantly reminding them to back up. I've tried saying that they have to be touching the couch, or they have to be on the area rug, but they forget. I've even used big toys to block off the area in front of the TV, but they just wiggle their way in, practically not even aware of what they're doing. I feel like the only way to get them to stay back is if I chained them to the couch or something.. which I'm seriously considering. ;)

Anyway.. do your kids do this, too?

I have a soft ottoman in front of the couch and tell him he can either sit on the ottoman or behind it, but not closer. I think that's about all you can do short of your chain 'em up idea!

Yup. Mine tends to gravitate toward the tv as he's playing. Drives me NUTS!!!!!!
