is the Britax CHAPERONE fit the snap n go?

does anyone know where to find out what strollers the Britax Chaperone fits? My friend is loaning me a snap n go and I am not sure if the Britax will even work with it. Additionally, I am thinking of purchasing the BJCM and not sure if it will work with that stroller as well.
