I'm making this for dinner tonight and was typing up the recipe to put in my book, and thought maybe someone else would like it. So easy and so cheap. I always have these 3 ingredients in my house.
Cola Chicken
4 skinless boneless chicken breasts
1 cup ketchup
12 oz diet cola
Put chicken in non-stick skillet. Pour ketchup and diet cola over
the top. Bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat and cook for 45 min
Uncover, turn up the heat and continue to cook until the sauce
Becomes thick and adheres to the chicken.
