I am almost 25 years old and I am still a daddy's girl. I still call him "Daddy". I don't think that will ever change. Last night he experienced pain in his arm and chest and couldn't stand up for 2 hours but, because they don't have health insurance atm, refused to go to the hospital. SM took him to the hospital this morning when he was still complaining about chest pains.
The hospital did an EKG and it came back normal. BP is normal, Blood sugar is normal. They want to do a test to see if he has a blocked artery but this test if he got it today would mean an overnight $3000 dollar stay in the hospital that they just can't afford.
He is going back on Monday to get this test done. For some reason if he goes Monday he won't have to spend the night. I feel so helpless. They are all 500 miles away, so I don't really know what's going on or how bad it really is.
Please say a prayer for my dad. He is my hero. I don't know what I'd do without him.
