When is H&Ms BOGO clearance?

I try to check the store every time I'm at work -- unfortunately, these days, it's only twice a week...

Last year, I stocked up at their amazing thick 80% cotton tights at 2/$5 (wish I'd bought more) and other kids' basics.

I had no idea they had sales like that. I had given up on their clearance rack cuz $10 for a $12 item is hardly a bargain. But BOGO would be great.

I love H&M and their BOGO sales too...but I recently heard about them and how they get rid of clothes in NYC and was very disappointed with them. No doubt their clothes are adorable though...just a bummer.

They shredded them - major uproar because they destroyed them instead of donating to shelters etc.

But I thought they said those were isolated incidents, not company policies, and that they'd stop shredding them (of course, now that that's been brought to everyone's attention).
FYI, lots of stores, chains do that -- the more concerned they are with their "label", the more likely they are to do it. It's a real shame.
