Help! Refusing milk

DS is 4.5 months old, I have been feeding him breastmilk exclusively via bottle (long story). He has been doing quite well until 3 weeks ago. His appetite decreased slowly and his bowel movement pattern changed from once a day to every other day and now once every 3 to 4 days for the past week. He normally eats 5 ounces every 3-4 hours, but now we have difficuly force down 3 bottles of the same amount in 24 hours. What should I do?
P.S. I went back to work 2 weeks ago, I don't think it matters though since I have always bottle fed him.

Wow... that's enough of a change that I would contact your doctor for advice.

Is he getting frozen vs. fresh breastmilk now? Who is watching him while you work (I would be concerned that they are feeding him solid foods like rice cereal without your consent or else mixing up bottles with another child if he is in a daycare center).
