I've read somewhere before about various websites where you can get a fairly good deal on Medela pumps. I exclusively pump and am seriously contemplating buying a second pump so I can just keep one at work instead of lugging mine back and forth every day. It would certainly make life easier. Thankfully insurance covered the price of this one when I got it, but I'd have to pay out of pocket for a second one.
