Where do I sign up for it online, and can I use receipts from the last month to earn points? I just ordered a couple of coats, and I placed a descent sized order a few weeks ago...

from my understanding, you have to be invited to join. i would call their #800 just to verify.

Yes, have to be invited to join. And if you are invited, when your 1 year is up do not expect to be invited back! It's a marketing thing to get people who don't shop there enough to come in the store more often.
