Confused about Latch limits

DD is in a Britax Frontier in a Buick Rainier and weighs 43 lbs. Should we still be using the latch, or the seatbelt? I've tried googling but some things say 40lbs, some say 48...I'm totally confused.

check your car's owners manual and the car seat manual. They both will list the limits. It's different for every car and every seat.

Buick lists a 48 lb limit on the lower anchors. The Frontier says to only use it to 40 unless the vehicle allows it higher, so you should be OK for 5 more lbs.
