Hello all-
I have a friend who is expecting. She will be using an infant seat to start- what would your suggestions be for a seat once DS outgrows? She wouldn't be purchasing the seat until she needs it.

I have a Britax Marathon, which I love, that I'm recommending, but thought I'd see what other options are out there.

Here are some details:

Dad is 6'7" and drives a 1998 CRV; mom is 5'6" and drives a 2007 Corolla- suggestions on what may fit best?

TIA!

When DD1 was born in 2004 we had a 2000 CR-V and a 1994 Corolla. When she outgrew her infant seat, we went with the Marathon and kept it rearfacing in both cars. Her car seat was in the center position, and we had *just* enough space between the front seats for this. Legroom for me and my husband aren't really issues, as he's a gigantic 5'9" on a good day, and I'm a whopping 5'3" on a good day.
