Does anyone know how they determine a new customer? Is it by email address, credit card??

I don't understand why they do this- I mean, I am happy to get the first discount but haven't ordered again as their prices aren't that great... why ONLY run sales for first time customers?

I once tried to use my husband's email address, his credit card but the same address as I had used for my order but their system wouldn't let me. It said something to effect that someone in my household had already used the discount code.

I believe home address is what they use.

diaper.com is awesome due to price-matching. I got a great deal on a stroller which was shared by a poster here. Stroller was on sale at albeebaby.com, diapers.com matched that price, AND I was able to apply a 20% off coupon I found at retailmenot.com. I got a $400 stroller for $243. They do have periodic sales as well.

I have not ordered since my first order either due to the 1st time codes, but I just got some See Kai Run Shoes on sale for $27 each and free shipping on 2 pair (over $49)and got 10% Bing Cashback so this was good. I do not bother doing the work for price matching and also wish they'd have diaper deals for other than 1st time. I stick with amazon more because of it.

Probably because it's against the terms of service & the spirit of the discount. And because she called instead of going online.

I've placed 2 orders...one with my home address and one with my MIL. havent placed any orders since b/c the coupons are only good for new customers.

I tried to order yesterday with a new shipping address, new email address, BUT my billing address was the same as the old one. And it didn't allow me :( yes, it sucks that you get a discount only on a new order....any more tips anyone?

I only found a link for 3-10% and only found out it was 10% after I completed my sale and they sent the cashback notice.

Thanks for answering my question! I wish you could tell what sort of cashback to expect with Bing! Sometimes it is the difference between pulling the trigger on a deal or not.

In my experience with bing and diapers.com diapers and formula are 3%, gear and everything else are 10%.
