Good recipe for punch?

Hosting a baby shower next weekend and considering making a punch. Any recipes you love?

If I get lazy I'll just have mimosas. Oh, I might offer some to the guests, too. :wink2:

If you're already leaning toward mimosas, why not do a bellini bar with different fruit purees (a "traditional" bellini is white peach puree topped w/prosecco) ?

I saw a bunch on an episode of 'Everyday Italian' with Giada DeLaurentiis a couple years ago ... it looked like fun and you could totally do the purees in advance. All you need is fruit, a bit of sugar and a blender.

You could even provide sparkling grape juice or cider to make them into mocktails for the mama-to-be!
