Custom Embroidery?

I'd like to get a onesie that says something like "Born at Home" for the new baby. I had looked at the various ones you can buy through CafePress sellers when Fiona was a baby, but I know that when we've gotten t-shirts from similar companies (Zazzle, I think), the color fades pretty quickly.

So, I'd like to find someone, maybe on Etsy, that could work with me to come up with a homebirth design. Does anyone have any good recommendations?
