I am slowly replacing our non-stick bakeware with silicone or glass and now we need MINI muffin pans, which I never had before. Has anyone found a good alternative to non-stick? How about silicone? They don't seem to get good reviews on amazon, so I'm hesitant. I can't find glass or stoneware mini muffin pans (just thought of that option). Do I just need to suck it up and get non stick for this?

I love my Wilton silicone mini muffin pan. I like that I can pop things out of there. I always do some spray on canola oil first to make sure things don't stick. They're really easy to clean because you can push on the bottoms and really get in there.

:yeahthat: We've got silicon mini muffin pans and I've never had any issues with them. I also spray them before I add batter. We have 2 sets, one is KitchenAid brand and the other is ??? (something generic). They are both great.

I've also used them to store/freeze homemade baby food. They are FANTASTIC for this purpose.

I like my Pampered Chef Silicone flower shaped mini-cakes pan. Silicone works good IMO.
