I am sadly out of shape and found this on another mom's website. Looks interesting. Sadly, I think I'll be in teh poor category when I do my initial test:

I had to demonstrate a sit up for DD the other day, she was supposed to do 10.....I did 10 but it was painful...so sad!

I think I'll pass, let us know how you did though!

That looks cool! I am sooo out of shape again and just started a new gym program this week. But I could do this on top of that.

And did you see the other programs on the site? The 100 push-ups, 200 squats and (coming soon....) 25 pull ups!

Okay ladies for those that want to join, I would suggest we all do our initial assessment by the end of the week. The site says we need to take a break before officially starting week one. So finish initial assessment by Friday and we'll start with Wk 1 on Monday. PM me with your results and we can track our progress..this could be fun

I'd vote to just start with the sit up challenge and not kill ourselves with push ups and squats..maybe we'll do that one next month!

I'm in! I have finally reached a weight I'm happy with, but still can't find the time to work out. My belly definitely needs some toning, and there is no reason I can't find time to fit this in...even if I do it in front of the TV at night. I'm a little scared to do the initial test- it's going to be baaaad! Gotta start somewhere, though!

I just need to read more on the correct form. I've never been good at sit-ups and usually use the exercise ball to do them.

I'm in. I have "wanted" to do this for a couple years and have tried to get my DH to join me.... I know I probably won't keep up with the program without a partner. When do we start?

Can we consider not moving to the mommyfit board, that board gets no traffic and I'm very likely to 'forget' unless it is right in front of my face on the lounge.

I'm in! I'm trying to get my rear back in gear to lose 15 lbs. This will help be be more active. DH and I started the 100 push-ups last year but didn't complete it.

I'm in. I always like a challenge. I think I just did this many + some in class last week...and was in pain for a few days. :)
