I'm going to place an order soon, and I'd like to add some items from there everyone likes. So far I'm looking at the boot shapers (http://www.containerstore.com/shop/asSeenIn/inStyle/november2009?productId=10000125) and boot box (http://www.containerstore.com/shop/closet/shoeStorage/shelf?productId=10009590), plus the multi-pupose bins (http://www.containerstore.com/shop/office/fileStorage/portable?productId=10022942).

I have the medium size of these (http://www.containerstore.com/shop/storage/stackingBinsBaskets?productId=10025126) for shoes in the mudroom, not stacked, just open. They have worked very well to keep them contained. I have something like this (http://www.containerstore.com/shop/storage/stackingBinsBaskets?productId=10006896) for mittens, hats, etc. with three baskets stacked, but I think I only paid $10-15 at Meijer. This (http://www.containerstore.com/shop/storage/storageBoxes/plastic?productId=10004054) box holds our snap circuits and a few other games I had with lots of pieces and without good boxes.
1. These boxes come in all shapes and sizes. Not cheap. But they actually look nice and decorative - - particularly if you stick to 1 or two colors -- on your shelves. We stuck a ton of messy photos, documents, knick knacks, etc in these and they looked really nice scattered throughout our shelving. So, they kind of turn storage into "display."

2. A CS bargain! Not height adjustable but light, sturdy and get the job done for kids chairs: http://www.containerstore.com/shop/storage/livingStyle?productId=10005620
3. This thing is great. They also make one for cds. I think rubbermaid may have a knockoff? Also elfa sale is usually after xmas and late summer. http://www.containerstore.com/shop/kitchen/pantryOrganizers/doorWallRacks?productId=10009293
4. I am sure you can get this anywhere but I love putting my oil and vinegar in it - - I think I bought a version without a little cap or ripped it off. You just squirt the oil into the frying pan or (fun!) for salads you have your vinegar one in one hand and your oil one in the other. http://www.containerstore.com/shop/kitchen/foodPrep/condiments?productId=10025902
5. These are awesome for the space under the bathroom sink. I got mostly larger sizes a few smalls. And I used the little dividers in a few cases, such as dividing one into cotton balls and q-tips.

I use this: http://www.containerstore.com/shop/closet/overdoorStorage/accessoryStorage?productId=10010675 to organize our hats and mittens on the back of the basement door. It's in our mudroom. Kids use it easily and it's mesh, so things dry.
