I am 5 feet 10.5 inches and a size ~14. Anyone have good options for casual clothes? I get my work clothes at Nordies for the most part.

Thanks!

My friend was about your dimensions and she shopped at Lane bryant. They do carry size 14 there.

Coldwater Creek for pants, Eddie Bauer for shirts.

I found Dockers Metro Fit twill pants in long fit really, really well for me. I usually do Kohls or LE or LL Bean for t shirts. Talbots is great. I also like Coldwater Creek.

I have had nothing good to say about the quality of the clothes I got from there, so I tend to stay away. Lots of synthetics and a lot of styles did not quite work for the smaller end of the size range. Even if it was high quality, it's just NMS usually. I would be careful about shopping there, look out for the quality of their sweaters and tops especially.

A co-worker just referred me to myshape.com. You enter in TONS of measurements and it classifies you into a body shape and shows you clothes that would be good options for you. When you go to order you can pick a size or let them pick the size based on your measurements. There is free shipping on orders and returns.

I am close to that and I wear exclusively Paige premium hidden hills jeans. Nothing else looks as good. One exception is gap skinny jeans with long sweaters and tall boots. I love j crew tanks and cardigans. I shop a little at banana republic and nordstrom and occasionally anthrpologie for tops.

J.Jill is my favorite. I am a little taller and a size or two bigger than you. :)

I was flipping through there and planning to order for work. I had a dress from there I LOVED for years.

I'm your height and a size 12-14 depending on the brand. I mostly shop online at stores where I can make returns. Old Navy, JCPenney, Gap and Eddie Bauer all carry talls. Old Navy and Gap recently started carrying most of their t-shirts and sweaters in tall to which is great. They don't charge extra for tall which is a bonus.
My favorite pair(s) of cords are from Pennys. They are the best pants ever.

I recently got a pair of jeans from Loft. I ordered the talls but they are uber long! I ended up with regular length and they fit perfectly.

Lane Bryant never works for me. Most of their stuff is made for people with a bigger behind than I have so the hips are always WAY to wide. I carry most of my weight in my belly area.
