Itchy neck - what's the problem?

My throat/neck has been really itchy on the outside (nothing from inside - feels completely normal) for the past few weeks. I'm beginning to get a bit concerned. Any idea what/why it could be?

Allergy to something you are using/wearing? Any new jewelry or clothing?

I have very sensitive skin with contact/chemical allergies. This happens to me sometimes, too.

I have been having the same problem on my inner thighs. I haven't been using anything different and can't figure out what the problem is. I haven't even been shaving there (sorry, a bit TMI), though I will have to if I want to wear shorts this summer. Sometimes they just itch like crazy.

Sorry I have no advice. I wish I knew what was going on, too.

I swear some of it is just weird, post baby hormone cr@p- so annoying- even almost a year later!!
