Anyone have the bilibo or bilibo mini? What do you think of them? Do your kids play with them or are they quickly discarded?

We bought three used around mid-November. They get played with often, nearly daily. I think they have been worth it for us (I was happy to get the three for $25). They sit on our hearth most of the time so are easy to grab for stools, buckets, spinners, etc. I vote yes on the Bilibo, but know you will get mixed response.

We don't have the minis but I can't imagine them being as fun....I think it is nice to have more than one of the regular size instead. If I found a 4th used for a good price I would grab it.

We've only got 1, mind. But so far I'd say "No"

Huge dud here. In fact, I should throw it in the next consignment sale and make someone's day...

Big Bilibos are a hit here from when we got them at age 2. We use the minis for bathtub toys...they float really well :)

We have two minis. They were near duds for the older two, but a big hit for Laurel. She loves chewing on them!

Not. I bought one used for $3 at the thrift store and no one ever played with it except occasionally as a spinner.

I can't comment on the minis although they don't look terribly exciting to me. My girls (ages 7 and almost 4) both really like theirs, which we gave them back in Dec. They spin in them, use them as "stepping stones," tote items around in them, wear them as hats, etc. I'd say they get pretty regular use. They are pretty spendy though. Used sounds like a great way to get them if you can.

Big DUD here too. We have a normal sized one. It just sits in a corner most of the time.

Definitely a YMMV type of thing, but we've had ours for 2+ (3+?) years and it gets regular use. My girls are 7 and 5 now and it's everything from a bowl to a doll bed to a seat (either up or down) to a turtle shell to a hat to a stool/stage..... All kinds of uses.

Big DUD here. Ours sit in a corner with kids toys in them. I feel bad I bought them. I would get them used if I were you.
