View Full Version : Is Maclaren CS easy or hard to deal with?

I called and left a message on their CS line over the weekend--saturday, and have heard nothing from them. i need to get 2 kits for my twin rally and quest (from the recall). I cannot make out the 21 digit vin #. That is why I called them, b/c I cannot order the kits online without the vin # (rally I can read 13 numbers,quest I can read 9 of the numbers). Just wanted to know of your experience with Maclaren CS.

you know there cs use to be really good but i noticed the last couple of times i called the co. i didnt get an answer. in the past i always got an answer ,not sure whats going on.

Hi, I emailed them because I couldn't read the VIN on one of my older Mac strollers. They wrote me back right away and said:

"Dear Maclaren Customer,

Proceed to our website and enter ANY number into the VIN number field and your order will be processed. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Sincerely,

Maclaren USA Inc."

I put a few random numbers in for VIN on the recall form and received my hinge covers for my Quest without a problem. Hope this helps!
