Skin Care - Tools/Gadgets?

I am looking at all the cool gadgets for skincare - the Clarisonic for example. Does anyone have any of these? Do you like them/think they are worth it? What do you like best about them? I will admit I wear zero make-up and have no skincare routine. I hate washing my face (yes I am a freak) and since I don't wear makeup, it is easy enough to get away with a simple wash in the shower. I have dry skin with a bit of acne on my chin.

Very little makeup (tinted moisturizer and gloss) here as well. Normal to dry sensitive skin. Get the Clairsonic...you will love it. I got the Mia.
