tnrnchick74- You sew, right? It would be REALLY easy to make your own! ( I know this isn't what you asked in your OP...) You can get a solid t shirt at Walmart (Garanimals brand) for $3.50 and use a scrap of fabric and some fusible webbing (Heat n bond, Steam a Seam 2, Wonder Under, etc.)

I've tried to applique...I can't seem to EVER get it look really nice. My satin stitch doesn't want to be even...and I'm such a perfectionist!

Do a zig zag stitch instead. If you look at a lot of the number/initial shirts on Etsy, that is what they do.
