Inexpensive stroller with air tires

Any ideas on what the lowest price stroller is that has air tires?

Jeep and Baby Trend have inexpensive air-tire strollers. I think they vary between $100-$200, depending on the model. I'm not sure if the Kolcraft Contours has air-tires or foam. I don't know where you live, but I always see AT/jogging strollers on my local Craigslist in the $40-$75 price range.
