I love this stuff but it's too spicy for my Dds. Anyone know if there is a non spicy version available somewhere? I'm not leaning towards blending it myself. I know they would be all over the flavor but they can't take the heat.

What about just grinding allspice and thyme together? I think those are the two "spice" ingredients in the classic recipes. FWIR, you can add whatever you like to those two - salt, pepper, sugar, cinnamon, cloves, etc. (I'd bet you get a taste like garam marsala, which my kids adore.)

Scotch bonnet peppers give Jamaican jerk the heat, but you could just leave those out.

Thanks..I may try this. I made your fajitas the other night but I just sauteed the onions and red pepper, tossed the chicken in the spice and cooked that up (then added the pineapple, of course....love that combo.) We ate it as our main dish with a grain/couscous blend I picked up from TJ's on the side. Wow..it was so good.
