Strap to keep BJCMD closed

Our BJCMD keeps slipping open after we've closed it. I found some information online that mentioned the velcro strap under the seat to help secure the stroller in the closed position, but we can't figure out how it works. Can anyone provide some instructions or a picture of how the strap attaches/secures the stroller in the closed position?
