I need to get a waffle maker, but I was hoping there was a good combo. waffle/sandwich maker or waffle/grill out there. Does this exist? Each appliance takes up so much space, so I'm trying to reduce that.

The All-Clad waffle maker (http://www.williams-sonoma.com/products/all-clad-4-square-belgian-waffle-maker/?pkey=x|4|1||4|waffle||0&cm_src=SCH) stands on its side, if that's any help! I got one recently. LOVE it 10x over! You get a $50 gc with it, so you could go back and purchase the A-C griddle (http://www.williams-sonoma.com/products/all-clad-double-burner-griddle-with-gift/?pkey=x|4|1||4|griddle||0&cm_src=SCH) like I'm considering. I have the grill pan of the same shape and use it for sandwiches, meats, etc., but it doesn't work for pancakes and eggs.

The waffles are delicious from this thing, even if I forget to add oil!

That does look nice, but is it worth $200? I'm willing to pay for something that lasts.

I have a George Foreman grill that has waffle plates. I like the grill alot, but have never bothered making waffles with it. I'll have to try and report back :).

Well, $150 after the gift card. My friend has the GF switchable one and offered it to me. Said she wasn't in love with it...
