we are thinking about buying a new gas grill , if you own a infrared gas grill what brand is it and what do you think of them? one of my concerns is that maybe they would get dirter quicker than a standard gas grill and it seems like there is alot more pcs. to wash. how do they cook and have you had a problem with flare ups? they do cost more and we are really not to sure if they are worth the extra cost what do you think are they.
