DD's neurologist recommended yoga (along with PT) for her, so I'm looking for a yoga DVD I can do @ home with my 4 y.o. I have a 14 m.o. who might crawl around and might "participate" as he gets older. No $ for taking a class or buying a Wii. I'm not an experienced yogi nor am I a read-exercises-in-a-book-and-figure-them-out-on-my-own kind of person either. Any DVD recommendations would be appreciated, TIA! :)
