View Full Version : Tips for losing the last five pounds?

I am a pound away from my original goal weight, but that was what I was willing to settle for since I was having such a hard time losing the baby weight this time. I'm about 4 or 5 pounds away from my ideal weight- and I need to tone up.

I can't seem to get the scale moving again. Does anyone have tips for getting rid of the last few pounds?

Have you been weight lifting? Toss in some of that if you haven't been. Burn some extra calories, tone up and you can easily just add it on to a cardio workout.

Not that I should be giving advice as I don't think I have ever successfully lost weight except what naturally comes off after a baby. I have toned up and gotten in good shape though even if the #s didn't change much.
