I am looking for a twin sized duvet cover for my ds's down comforter. And I really don't want to pay like $50+ for it. If anyone has seen any decent ones, please let me know. BTW, I am not picky about colors, patterns, etc. Thanks!

Try Ikea. I had much luck there.

I second Ikea. The cover I bought for DS's duvet was less than $20 and looks great. We also have a nicer one from there on our guest bed.

Yep, was just at Ikea a few weeks ago and they have some adorable duvet covers!!

The problem with Ikea is that the nearest one is about 500 miles away. And I read the dimensions on their covers and they are about 5 inches too small for the "oversized" twin down comforter I bought.

What about a Home Goods? They seem to have a good selection.

If you have oversized comforters, I would check The Company store. The other alternative is to make some out of twin sheets. If you can sew a straight seam it's really simple.

Your twin comforter will still probably fit well. I just bought an oversized king comforter for my bed and put it into a standard size comforter cover with no problems and it looks just fine. As a PP mentioned, you might have good luck with Home Goods.

I had been drooling over a couple from the Company Store, but got something at Homegoods that was very similar - and half the price. It's hit or miss, but worth a try!

I actually prefer oversized comforters in standard size duvet covers. I think it makes them look more plump and a little more "rich." I'm not a lover of IKEA for furniture, but you really can't beat it for cheap linens.

I got a decent flannel one through Amazon for ~$13. For that price, I was happy to take my chances not seeing it in person.
