M loves TV- I think she would watch it all day if I let her. I recently pulled the, "If you watch too much TV your brain will turn to mush" line on her. She has been very concerned about it ever since.
The other day she wanted to watch "just one more" show. I let her watch it, but told her it was the last one of the day. After she finished she was very excited and said, "Mommy, my brain didn't turn to mush!" Followed quickly by, "So can I watch another show?"
Today she wanted to watch a Max and Ruby DVD (seriously, how much Max and Ruby can you watch in one sitting?!). I told her she could watch one onDemand, but not the DVD. Of course she wanted to watch more so I looked at her and said, "OH NO! I see it...your brain is starting to mush!" She looked at me, very seriously and said, "No, it's not, Mom. I don't even have a brain." :hysterical:
