Going to Seaside, FL for vacation!

We are taking the whole family to Seaside, Florida for a week this memorial day weekend.... It's our FIRST family road trip! We haven't really taken a vacation since our youngest was born!

Does anyone have any suggestions on where to eat and what to do there? I would really appreciate it!

Did you check out the boards at Sowal.com ? They might have some good recs.
We're staying in Sandestin for a week in July.
I love the beaches within the state parks there - less crowded.
I have been down there every summer for a while, but we don't do much besides beach, pool, outlet mall, eat, take pictures in the state park, fourth of july fireworks (that's when we're usually there..)

Are you looking for fancy dinners or kid friendly ones? I need to do some research of my own so I'll be ready for July ;)
