Can someone explain Frontier co-op?

I was poking around their website, and it appears that there is a much larger wholesale operation. I glanced through their online catalog and it is remarkably comprehensive. I see that it is a $10 fee for the wholesale section, which is reasonable, but it also appears to ask for verification of a business. I know some people here on the BBB order from Frontier, so how do you do it? Do you have a business or just make one up?

when I joined you could join as part of a group "buying club." DIdn't *have* to be a business. Not sure what the current policy is but I order w/ my mom plus a few local folks I know as part of our "buying club."

eta: if you look at their wholesale page it says
If you buy Frontier products to resell as a business, use our products in your business, or have a buying club with at least five families, you may be able to shop at our online wholesale store, after first establishing an account with Frontier.
