What to put on labels for camp?

We're ordering clothing/item labels for when our son goes to camp this summer. I also plan to use these labels on his school items - jacket, lunch box, etc.

I'm not sure what to put on them - I'm thinking his name and then DH & I cellphone.

So -
First Last
123-456-7890
123-789-4567

Thoughts? Advice?

I've done last name and my cell number. Since yours are different genders and pretty far apart I guess you aren't concerned about handing down, so I'd probably do first name too.

Many places want first and last name.
