DH & I watched it last weekend and I think it's truly going to change how I grocery shop. We already belong to a CSA and last falll we bought a 1/4 cow from a local farmer. We are now looking for a local free range chicken farmer.
I agree - it was both eye-opening and frustrating to watch.

I was going to post about this. This movie was so well done and interesting and maddening! I usually can't watch TV without doing something else but I could not tear myself away from this. I am going to be more conscious of my choices and my spending power.
