We have an upstairs loft that has wrought iron railing along the edge. We need a gate that mounts ona wall on one wide, and the wrought iron on the other. Any ideas for solutions? The wrought iron isn't stable enough for pressure mounted, so something that can clasp the squared bar is preferable.
Its upstairs, so pressure mounted is a non-solution anyway.

Suggestions?

Kidco makes a special accessory kit that wraps around the wrought iron.

They also have a Y -spindle thing if you have straight rails:

The G20 gate is the best way for top-of-the-stairs as it's hardware mounted. That's the one we use.
